also guarantee neonates that are at
least superficially free of obvious defects. If you are buying proven
breeders they will have obvious scaring because males and females bite
each other during courtship and breeding.
The amount
of deposit to
secure an animal once an egg is available is 50%, to be stepped up to
100% when egg hatches and snake is feeding. You must take delivery in a
timely manner or your snake may be sold to another willing buyer. If
you fail to apply for a federal permit for an indigo, you may lose your
place in line for the year as well as your deposit. When
I receive a deposit for an animal, I immediately take that animal
off the "for sale" list, and that animal is no longer for sale, even if
someone offers me more money to buy it as quantities are often low.
(This has happened in the past.) For that reason deposits are not
refundable. You might change your mind, but I may have passed up an
opportunity to sell that animal.
